Crisis Communications in Action: Executive Crisis Management Workshop (CPD Accredited)

Kent & Medway Cyber Cluster is pleased to highlight this Community Partner Event delivered by our organisational member, Cognitas Global, in partnership with Mangold Consultancy.

This immersive, CPD-accredited tabletop exercise places participants in a fast-moving crisis scenario that unfolds in real time, mirroring the pace, pressure, and uncertainty of a live incident. Through realistic multimedia injects and evolving stakeholder challenges, delegates will practise crisis leadership, media handling, and executive decision-making while managing reputational risk under pressure.
